Hi! I'm Bob Richards, originally from West Virginia. I have always believed in getting the most out of life and tried many different things: skydiving, writing, photography and I spent some time in the Marines before joining the
automotive industry and eventually hitting the road in 1981.

I am on the road 300 days of the year. Before 1993, I didn't pay particular attention to my health. At that time I noticed my body wasn't doing so well after the years of neglect  and I became interested in how to improve my
health  and, specifically, how to avoid surgery after seeing fellow travelers struggle with recovery. I have reached a place in my life where I have nailed down surviving the road and maintaining my health.
