Marie Sternhardt's nursing career spanned over 20 years.  During this time she worked in many different areas of care ranging from obstetrics to geriatrics, with a focus on Intensive and Cardiac Care. 

As her own health began to decline Marie became uneasy and increasingly confused and disillusioned with the results the allopathic medicine.  Her conditions worsened even though she was compliant with medications and treatments.  The outcomes from medical treatments simply were not successful.  After a heart attack at age 48 and a stroke at 50 she chose to leave the standard American medical treatments of disease management and her 20 year nursing career.
The year was 1977 and this was to be a defining moment in her life.

Her quest for her own optimal health lead her to God's Word and His plan for the human body.  Many books echoed exactly what the Word has to say about what we should and should not eat.  A clear picture began to emerge from
those who believed in God's Word and also from those who did not believe in God's Word ... the human body requires living foods in order to restore, renew, and rejuvenate itself!!  All healing comes from within, there is no pill for
every ill, and most of all WE have a choice in our state of health. 

This new knowledge birthed a ministry and business, God' Haven for Health (now called Health Solutions). As her library grew so did her knowledge and understanding of the human organism and how best to obtain optimal health. Marie conducted weekly health restoration classes for three years.  She now does private consultations and coaching.

Marie & her husband Ted are sought after speakers on health and healing and have traveled throughout the United States and Canada sharing their experiences and new knowledge.
